At Christopher & Banks, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and include your packing slip to facilitate a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items and your original packing slip into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box, ensuring all old shipping labels are removed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Give your package to any authorized USPS location or mail carrier; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
